Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
